What is your Personal Information?

We would need your personal information to do business with you. So, when you complete our Contact Us form, email or call us, we would need your personal details to be able to answer your enquiry, queries and to deliver the services you have asked us for.

Does the law allow us to use your Personal Information?
Yes, it does. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018), we have a number of grounds to collect and use your information. We keep your personal information safe and secure by using technical measures like encryption, pseudonymisation, anonymisation and controlling access to your information whether in paper records or in digital format. Our staff are trained on best practices when it comes to handling your data and only those that are authorised to access your data can do so.

Your personal information is stored in safe and secure information systems in the United Kingdom.

How long do we keep your Personal Information for?
We keep your information for no more than 3 years after we have delivered the service you asked for.
